Responsibilities
For one of our clients, one of the fastest growing companies originating from Eastern Europe, engaged in the manufacture and sale of fast-moving consumer goods in several different directions – Home&Personal Care products, Hygiene Disposable Tissues and Snack food, we are looking for a Customer Services & Logistics Specialist.
Customer Services & Logistics Specialist will handle the order management and logistics processes, working in an International Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- To prepare and send out bills and follow up a process of invoice both internal and external.
- Provides transportation according to price levels pre-approved by Logistics Manager.
- Handles claims from customers in relation to damage caused during transport.
- Updates price lists.
- To work with specific software NetSuite & SAP.
- Order fulfillment process for both MT and TT clients.
- Compiles data and creates reports if necessary.
- Work with and support the sales team.
The ideal candidate:
- 1+ years of experience in Logistics order fulfillment, supply chain or related experience, FMCG area will be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented person, who maintains efficient workspace and manages time well.
- Telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Logistics is an advantage.
- Good Computer Skills - MS Office.
- Organizational Skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meets deadlines, establishes appropriate priority, gets the job completed in a timely manner.
