Responsibilities

For one of our clients,  a constructions company with a focus on road, bridge, and infrastructure construction projects, we are recruiting a Financial Analyst.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing detailed reports that support business decisions. You will play a critical role in evaluating key financial metrics, developing forecasts, and ensuring accurate reporting to help optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial performance and generate detailed reports for management review.
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
  • Prepare annual and quarterly financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.
  • Manage banking facilities, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and maintain regular communication with financial institutions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports (both standard and ad-hoc) in line with company policies:Periodic financial analysis and ad-hoc requests
    Provide detailed financial information to other departments
    Collaborate closely with the accounting department
  • Participate actively in optimizing financial reporting systems and procedures to develop efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure internal financial control by implementing and monitoring cost management procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to gather, process, and analyze essential financial information.
  • Meet strict reporting deadlines and ensure continuous financial information flow, aligned with organizational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems or financial analysis software.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain results to the management team.

Additional Details:

  • Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
  • Remote Work: One day of remote work per week.
  • Transportation: Reimbursement for public transportation.
