Responsabilități

For one of our clients, the oldest and largest company in Romania specialized in the selection/production of natural sausage casings, along with trading/converting collagen and artificial sausage casings we are looking for a HR Manager.



Job Summary:

The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can lead HR initiatives, develop and implement HR policies, and support our employees in their career development.



Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

· Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

· Develop and maintain a talent pipeline.

· Conduct interviews and collaborate with department managers to make hiring decisions.

Employee Relations:

· Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related concerns.

· Manage conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.

· Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

· Oversee the performance appraisal process.

· Work with managers to set performance goals and provide coaching when necessary.

· Identify opportunities for employee growth and development.

HR Policy Development:

· Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

· Educate employees on company policies.

Benefits and Compensation:

· Administer employee benefit programs.

· Participate in compensation analysis and review.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Training and Development:

· Coordinate training programs and initiatives.

· Support employees in their professional development.

· Identify opportunities for skills enhancement.



Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

· Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
