Information about the job:

You will have a chance to work for some of the leading international companies! As a member of the Technical Support, you will be interacting with customers and making their customer experience smooth. Your goal is to answer customers' questions via email, chat, and calls while also making an excellent first impression and handling problems quickly. You will have to solve technical issues and in-app payments. To accomplish this, your personality and adaptability are crucial assets.

You are going between 08:00 and 00:00 o’clock. You always have 1 hour break time: 30 minutes, for lunch, 15-minute break before noon and afternoon.

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday with 2 weekends.
