Our  partner is a Global trading company that helps manufacturers across  Europe get the equipment and machinery they need. They specialize in  solutions for surface mount technology production lines used in  electronics, automotive, and other industries. They partner with major  brands and have a presence in several European countries.

We are searching for a talented Sales Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between  our cutting-edge technology and our sales team, playing a vital role in  driving new business and customer satisfaction.

Mein Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new leads and develop strong relationships with potential  and existing customers and partners throughout the Balkan area;
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and pursue promising projects;
  • Partner with customers to understand their unique needs and propose  customized solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio and global  network;
  • Develop compelling technical sales documents and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our offerings;
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects transform effectively from concept to real-world solutions;
  • Manage the ordering process and maintain excellent communication throughout the sales cycle;
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and equipment suppliers;
  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure their success;
  • Participate in exhibitions, training sessions, and other industry events to expand our reach;
  • Contribute to the achievement of our sales strategy and overall company goals.

Mein Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering;
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in sales and business development;
  • Deep technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing, SMT, industrial machinery, energy, or a closely related field;
  • A strong track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget;
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • A genuine passion for new technologies and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends;
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve goals efficiently;
  • Fluency in English;
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to take short business trips.
