As a part of our project, you will be working in a global team with other experts in broad fields of expertise. You will operate as Level 3 support to provide deep technical assistance regarding in-house automation and monitoring platforms.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR WILL:

• Deploy, configure, customize, monitor, maintain, and upgrade reliable and secure automated cloud solutions hosted on the AWS platform,
• Assist in releasing additional features and bug fixes,
• Debugging and testing different solutions on AWS and interacting with multiple platforms and across multiple clients,
• Apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives,
• Become an expert on selected asset(s) on a technical and functional level,
• Operate as Level 3 support to provide deep technical assistance,
• Work in a global team with other experts in the following fields of expertise: infrastructure, security, cloud,
• Deploy product assets on cloud or client premises.

REQUIREMENTS:

Hard requirements:

• Experience with Linux-based OS,
• Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP),
• Experience with Python/Bash scripting,
• Fluency in English.

An advantage would be:

• Knowledge of Splunk,
• Experience with Docker and container-based build infrastructures,
• Knowledge of Kubernetes,
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
