Responsabilități

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the organization's first line of defense, minimizing financial risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct KYC/KYB assessments for European clients, verifying and updating customer and business information.
  • Communicate directly with clients through phone and email, requesting additional information and necessary KYC/KYB documentation.
  • Focusing on process improvement identification and development.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

  • Excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
  • Very good level of English (B2 Level);
  • University degree in Business, Economics or Finance, or another relevant field would be considered an advantage;
  • Previous experience in financial, administrative, or customer support positions will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation;
