Main responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients from inbound calls
- Manage different requests and suggest different products and services
- Maintain company`s database

Job requirements:
- Fluent in English (B2 - C1 level)
- Interest in working as customer service advisor
- Previous experience in a client facing role is an advantage (but not a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
