They are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with Spanish to join their team as it is expanding.

The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Responsibilities:

· Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;

· Talking with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems;

· Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions;

· Support and guide end-users and business partners regarding the usage of the billing platform;

Job Requirements:

· Have excellent verbal and written Spanish (B2/C1 Level);

· Very good English level (B2/C1 Level);

· Technical knowledge or understanding;

· 1+ years Help Desk or Customer Service experience will be an advantage;
