Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues,      and providing solutions.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly tone in all communications to ensure a welcoming experience for our clients and team members.

Qualifications:
