For our client – a global leader in the field of outsourcing services, we are looking for motivated candidates to join a team of professionals on the position:
Platform support with German
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responding to chat or telephone inquiries about the company's services and policies and providing information on other similar matters;
- Providing advice and assistance to customers;
- Forwarding more complex inquiries to team leaders or experts;
- Working with specialized software.
