Responsabilități


Main Responsibilities:

•Receiving customer and technical requests mainly via email and chat;
•Provide resolution to requests via phone calls;
•Identify, resolve and report claims and inquiries;
•Manage all interactions in a professional manner.

Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday:
07:00 - 16:00
15:00 - 00:00
16:00 - 01:00

Job Requirements:

•Fluency in English;
•Second language (French or Spanish B2-C1) is an advantage;
•Previous experience within customer/technical support is a must;
•Excellent communication and customer service skills;
•Team player mind-set;
•Creative thinking;
•Advanced user of MS Office suite and fast typing skills.
