Responsabilități

Capita Bulgaria is excited to announce our very first FREE language academy which will be conducted by our exceptionally skilled and enthusiastic trainers. Our culture supports professional growth and development, and we would like to give opportunity to those who have interest in building a career within Customer Support but need a little boost of their German language knowledge. Successfully passing the academy will not only improve your language skills but will also give you the opportunity to join our evolving team.


Our requirements:


  • German B1/B2 level is a must
  • Customer-oriented thinking and attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work on shifts
  • Willingness to work from the office


About the academy:


  • The Academy is Free of Charge
  • Duration – 2 months
  • 70 learning hours
  • Each lecture will be with duration 3 hours and will be conducted outside of working hours
  • Professional trainers
  • All materials are included and covered by Capita
  • Certification for C1 German level upon successful completion of the academy
  • Graduation celebration upon successful completion of the academy


The noted salary range applies to potenital hiring for a position with German at the comapny, after successful passing of the Academy, as the Academy is not paid and is free of charge for the students.
