Responsabilități

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our new team as a Customer Care Advisor with German. In this role, you will play a crucial role in handling of customer concerns, inquiries, and problems. If you thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
  • Analysing and solving customer’s’ queries
  • Making changes to the system
  • Forwarding faults or calls to other departments

Our requirements:

  • German C1+ level is a must;
  • English B1;
  • Inital training at the office in Sofia (posibility for accomodation bonus if eligible)
  • Customer-oriented thinking and attitude;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work on shifts
