Responsabilități

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with German and English to join our newest project in the renewable energy sector. Working hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria, you will be pivotal in providing support via telephone, email, and live chat for our portfolio of renewable energy products.

This role reports directly to the Support Team Lead and emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring effective problem resolution, and escalating issues when necessary.

What would you be doing?

  • Provide assistance in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and answering product inquiries to clients;
  • Assist Dealers and Homeowners during and after system installation and commissioning;
  • Troubleshoot issues related to installations via phone, email, and live chat;
  • Document all customer interactions in our Customer Relations Management System and ensure follow-up until cases are resolved;
  • Escalate complex issues to Team Lead as required;
  • Meet group and individual performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates;
  • Adhere to Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality Standards and Regulations;
  • Handle transactions such as returns and exchanges (RMA’s).

We're in search of innovators who embody the following:

  • Prior experience in Customer Support at least 6 months;
  • Excellent communication skills in German;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities with the capacity to work effectively in a team and under pressure;
  • Understanding of customer needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Strong organizational skills and goal setting.
