• Assisting the clients of the company in Germany via various channels;
• Entering and processing customer's information in the company's system;

Job requirements:

• Fluent level of German (C1);
• Very good level of English (B2 Level);
• Excellent soft skills, self-confidence, and organizational skills;
• Previous experience in the BPO field as Customer Support, sales, or similar will be considered as a strong advantage.
