Responsabilități

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing different requests and providing accurate information about products and services;
  • Supporting clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and social media;
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across the entire international business;
  • Managing and documenting customer interactions in our client's CRM system.

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish language;
  • Very good command of the English language;
  • Previous experience in a customer support position is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
