Responsabilități
Customer Support Agent with Romanian and English (Flexible Shifts)
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting clients;
- Managing different requests;
- Providing accurate information about products and services;
- Answering questions via chat, email, and phone;
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across the entire international business;
- Managing and documenting customer interactions in our client's CRM system.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in English (C1);
- Fluency in Romanian (native);
- Previous experience in a customer support position is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
