We are actively seeking for a Content Moderator and Customer Service Specialist with Ukrainian and English (new project) working on-site from our office, located in Sofia, Bulgaria, who will play a vital role in delivering support for our client - e-commerce platform that links consumers with numerous partners, manufacturers, and brands, aiming to empower individuals to lead their best lives. 

Your day-to-day work will be connected to:

  • Perform customer service tasks if needed;
  • Answer to customer queries via phone, chat and email;
  • Review content in images or videos;
  • Mark up words and categories according to annotation standards;
  • Write text descriptions based on audio or text and answer survey questions;
  • Review user-generated content to ensure the safety and privacy of online platforms;
  • Flagging breaches of terms of service, such as fraudulent activity, selling illegal goods, and unethical selling or manufacturing practices.

You will align well with our team if you possess:

  • Fluency in Ukrainian;
  • Good level of English;
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;
  • Effective written communication skills, including grammar and spelling in Ukrainian and English;
  • Availability to work on shifts;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • Team collaboration and interpersonal skills;
  • Capability to identify the optimal solution for every situation.
