They are looking for Customer Requests Operator with English (NEW Project) to join their team as it is expanding.
- Supports clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;
- Checking bank details such as IBAN, etc, into online banking platforms;
- Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to international users of a payment platform;
- Maintain and update company data in the CRM system and create tickets if it is needed.
