Responsabilități

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer queries by phone and email.
  • Provide customers with advice and information regarding clients' products and services.
  • Understand customers' needs in order to deliver the best solution possible and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneuously in order to update e-records.
  • Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German language (C1 level).
  • Good command in English (B2 level).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
