Responsabilități

Currently they are looking for experienced and motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:  Speaking Customer Service Agent with French and English.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling client inquiries and requests via email mainly, regarding transactions, and profiles;
  • Daily work with a specialized ticketing system;
  • Coordination with the various departments involved regarding the cases and questions that might arise.
  • Understanding customer’s needs and demonstrating a strong customer service orientation

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French – C1
  • Fluent in English – B2 – C1
  • Friendly personality and be a team player;

  • Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial
