Main Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Supporting end-users and business partners regarding the company services and products;
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Focus on process improvement identification and development.
