Chat and Email Support with English and Greek


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming live chat and email contacts;
  • Offer friendly and efficient assistance;
  • Proactively identify customer needs;
  • Resolve technical or service issues promptly.

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C1);
  • Fluency in Greek (C1);
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage;
