Chat and Email Support with English and Greek
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming live chat and email contacts;
- Offer friendly and efficient assistance;
- Proactively identify customer needs;
- Resolve technical or service issues promptly.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in English (C1);
- Fluency in Greek (C1);
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage;
- Being able to work from the office in Sofia.
