For one of our clients we are looking for:

Call Center Agent

Main responsibilities:

  • Accepts and confirms purchase orders;
  • Tracks stock, sizes, product returns and shipments;
  • Communicates with customers by email and phone;
  • Maintains company database;

The client offers:

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday according to schedule;

Job requirements:

  • Requirements for occupying the position:
  • High level of English (B2/C1 level);
  • Similar customer experience will be an advantage;
  • Good computer skills;
