Responsabilități

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities, ensuring consistent customer engagement across all phases of the sales funnel through various channels such as phone calls, emails, video meetings, and social media outreach.
  • Identify and engage alternative contact points when needed.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline, focusing on efficiently advancing prospects through each stage of the sales process.
  • Accurately document all customer and prospect interactions within the CRM system.
  • Transfer qualified leads from the pipeline to the onboarding team to facilitate the continuation of the customer journey and purchasing process.
  • Analyze and report daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to support the achievement of sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both German and English (C1 level);
  • Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the tech or advertising sales sector.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Expertise in competitive selling to acquire new clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
  • Strong time management abilities and capable of independent work.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
