Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the organization's first line of defense, minimizing financial risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct KYC/KYB assessments for European clients, verifying and updating customer and business information.
- Communicate directly with clients through phone and email, requesting additional information and necessary KYC/KYB documentation.
- Focusing on process improvement identification and development.
