Training Specialist with German (Plovdiv office)

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering specific training to enhance efficiency;
• Evaluating performance, providing feedback, and identifying training gaps;
• Conducting onboarding training for newly hired employees joining the business;
• Developing, coordinating, executing, and implementing training guides/schedules.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in German(C1);
• Previous experience in a similar role;
