Main Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in problem-solving to customers (via email or chat);
• Provide friendly and prompt responses to gamers/ users;
• Working with response templates according to the company's guidelines;
• Supporting customers and business partners regarding company services;

• Excellent level of German (B2/C1);
• Fluent level of English (B2);
