One of our clients is a design studio, specialized in projects for various prestigious offices, residential and commercial spaces. Their team includes a mix of designers and creative talent who are firmly committed to the success of every project. Currently, we are looking for a professional, who will contribute with energy, flexibility towards last-minute issues, and a problem-solving attitude to join their team for the position:


Junior Project Coordinator – Interior Design


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project management team in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities;
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely and efficient project execution;
  • Prepare project schedules, track progress, and report on project status;
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications;
  • Coordinate site visits and meetings, and prepare meeting minutes;
  • Support in sourcing materials and products, obtaining quotes, and managing inventory;
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control activities;
  • Ensure all projects are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role in the interior design industry;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana);
  • Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
