Office Manager



The main responsibilities would include:

  • Organizing office needs and ensuring the supply of necessary materials;
  • Preparing, tracking and optimizing internal company documentation and key processes;
  • Coomunicating with clients via phone and email;
  • Assisting the Managing Director - scheduling meetings, conference calls, etc;
  • Arranging couriers, collecting documents from clients and authorities, translating documents from/into English.

  • Standard working hours Monday to Friday /9:00-18:00/;

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role;
  • Excelllent command of English - B2-C1;
  • Experience with MS Office;
