For them, we are looking for an:
Office Assistant
The main responsibilities would include:
- Organizing office needs and ensuring the supply of necessary materials;
- Preparing, tracking and optimizing internal company documentation and key processes;
- Coomunicating with clients via phone and email;
- Arranging couriers, collecting documents from clients and authorities,
- Translating documents from/into English.
The company provides:
- Standard working hours Monday to Friday /9:00-18:00/;
- Partially covered transport expenses;

Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage;
- Excelllent command of English - B2-C1;
- Experience with MS Office.
