Personal Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendar with finesse, scheduling meetings with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Coordinate business meetings, trips, and conference calls, including booking flights, hotels, and tickets;
  • Manage communication with various departments within the company, ensuring a smooth flow of information;
  • Prepare analytical reports and presentations related to current projects and activities;
  • Prepare reports on expenses, schedules, and other administrative documents;
  • Prioritize and track the signing of documents following deadlines;
  • Maintain overall administrative activities in the Executive Director's office, including conducting business correspondence in Bulgarian and English.

  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Are fluent in English;
  • Are Highly organized and detail-oriented person;
  • Are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Are proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Are experienced in managing executive calendars /Google Calendar, Outlook/ and coordinating travels;
  • Are skilled in maintaining office operations and aesthetics.
