Responsabilități
- To be trained into C1 Polish;
- To be educated on the entire process from the moment a customer places an order to the moment the order is paid. This is done by the Order to Cash department;
- Providing support to corporate clients via email mainly;
- Resolving and investigating various cases regarding invoices and payments and communicating the outcome to the corporate clients.
