Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies. They are looking for an Order to Cash Specialist with German to join their team as it is expanding. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
- Update order specifications, submit orders, and track requests through the systems;
- Create customer accounts in the system and provide customers with account information;
- Resolving and investigating various cases regarding invoices and payments and Correspond with corporate clients;
- Preparing reports and working with specialized software.
