Contract Business Representative with German

Our partner is a leading technology company in the field of digital transformation worldwide. Currently, the company is expanding its Shared Services team and is looking for Contact Business Representative with German.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and update existing contracts;
• Ensure that business clients understand and comply with company contracts ;
• Maintain an organized system of records;
• Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and invoices);
• Monitor shipment reports and ensure total customer satisfaction;
• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners;
• Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with business clients (via email).

Job requirements:

• German – C1 level;
• English – B1/ B2 level;
• Attention to detail and desire to develop in IT multicultural environment;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance.
