Training Help-Desk Mentor with German
The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a training program for both new joiners and current teammates;
- Works to improve performance and executes best practices for ensuring excellence in instructor training and performance;
- Use motivation techniques to the team;
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.).

Job requirements:
- Related experience in training or teaching field, preferably within the Customer Care field (minimum 2 years);
- Fluency in verbal and written German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects (Windows, Android, iOS, Bluetooth, Wi-fi, CRM software and etc.);
- Ability to work in a team-focused, deadline-driven environment;
