Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements for publicly listed companies (TSX, NASDAQ, NYSE, etc.);
- Assist clients in preparing quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements;
- Research and advice on complex accounting and reporting issues per IFRS standards;
- Review financial statements, MD&As, and other statutory deliverables for compliance with IFRS;
- Mentor junior team members while maintaining client relationships and meeting deadlines.
