ABOUT THE COMPANY

The company you will be working for is a global leader in customer service experience, and no matter where you work in the company, you will be part of the family. Our client employs around half a million workers across Europe, with three different offices in Athens. They provide customer service for some of the biggest brands in the world, such as Canon, Netflix, and Microsoft. We are looking for individuals with experience in customer service and handling customers in various contexts. You will receive comprehensive training in product knowledge, customer service, and technology during your first four weeks. After this period, you will be answering questions and addressing the concerns of customers via phone, email, and chat.



THE JOB

You will have different tasks and customer management every day. It is a diverse job where there is always a customer in need of your assistance or a case that requires your solutions. Therefore, it is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive attitude.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues
  • Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures
  • Build a meaningful relationship, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Create a fantastic customer experience that people value and we are proud of
  • Be responsible for following the direction of the management and providing feedback


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You speak and write Czech at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.
You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver. Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
