ServiceNow Consultant/Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, applications, catalog items, and workflows.

• Utilize client and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs, including Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML.

• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using web services and technologies like XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.

• Work with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, CSM, SPM, and tools like Discovery and Orchestration.

• Define and manage technical and functional design requirements, scripts, and workflows.

• Customize ServiceNow UI using UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS, and work with technologies like CSS, HTML, and Jelly.

• Utilize relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, or Windows Shell.
