Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
· Tracking and managing requests related to business orders to the company and providing information to corporate clients;
· Resolving and investigating various cases related to deliveries, invoices, and payments, and providing feedback to corporate clients via email;
· Updating order statuses, submitting, and tracking requests through internal systems;
· Working with specialized internal software with comprehensive onboarding training provided.
