Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound or outbound calls with the goal of positively presenting the company's products to clients and offering them a high-quality service;
• Identifying customer needs and learning opportunities, qualify them as sales prospects, offer them suitable products from our catalogue and complete their orders;
• Perform cross-selling and up-selling activities;
• Learning on the go and improving your sales techniques;
• Assisting and coaching other team members when needed.
