- Collaborate with corporate customers to define project scope, objectives, and primary milestones in alignment with their needs.
- Present tailored recommendations through both written and oral presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer expectations.
- Lead training sessions to provide technical assistance and process optimization with a deep understanding of the company's domain expertise.
- Develop specialized knowledge to clients and internal teams and operations as a Subject Matter Expert;
- Coordinate with internal teams, the Customer Value Manager, and the global Customer Adoption Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
