Responsibilities
- The main focus of the role is providing hardware ,software or network support via email or phone for customers end users ;
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff and route problems to internal I.M. support staff;
- Working with a the call tracking system to document and manage Incidents and work requests.
