Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
• Takeover of 2nd level support – incident management for the global SAP user base
• Adoption of customizing tasks in the established SAP module
• Participation in the conception of SAP system-side solutions for the further development of the process templates
• Participation in master data management with a focus on the respective SAP module
• Documentation of the created solutions
