- Be partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies;
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies;
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
