Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. They are looking for motivated specialists to join their team on the position: HR Administrator with French Language
Main responsibilities:
- Supports HR administrative processes - sickness leaves, paid and unpaid leaves, activities related to new-hires process;
- Help maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify and coordinate payroll data;
- Collects and analyzes data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill positions, sources of successful candidates, etc.
- Work with specialized software.

Job requirements:
- Fluent level of French (level: C1);
- Very good level of English;
