Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Responding to chat or telephone inquiries about the company's services and policies and providing information on other similar matters;
  • Providing advice and assistance to customers;
  • Forwarding more complex inquiries to team leaders or experts;
  • Working with specialized software.
