Non-voice support agent with English
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner;
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay;
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our casino games, sports betting options, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Job requirements:
- Fluency English (C1);
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift with 24/7 coverage;
- Being able to work from the office in Sofia;
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a customer support representative in the iGaming industry.
