Client Requests Advisor with English

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to clients in English via inbound calls;
• Manage different requests and suggest different products and services;
• Maintain the company`s database.

Job requirements:

• Fluent in English (B2 - C1 level);
• Interest in working as a customer service advisor;
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is an advantage (but not a requirement);
• Excellent communication skills.
